Waste Management is the current Clary Lakes Trash Service. Note that this service is INCLUDED in your annual homeowners dues.
Trash Day is Wednesday (with some exceptions during holiday weeks).
Household Waste Guidelines
-
Waste Management will provide a 96 gallon trash can (cart) to each resident.
-
Trash must be at curb before 6:00AM on collection day -- which is on Wednesdays. [Please note the Neighborhood Covenant Restrictions on the storage of your trash can].
-
All trash must be bagged and MUST fit inside the Waste Management provided trash can.
-
If you have additional trash than will not fit in the can, then a maximum of 8 bags of household trash will be collected OR a maximum of 8 bags or bundles of yard waste will be collected.
-
Again, the combination of household trash and yard waste cannot exceed 8 bags or bundles in total. These 8 bags or bundles must be placed next to the trash can at the curb. See the Yard Waste Guidelines below for information on what constitutes acceptable yard waste.
- Waste Management also accepts moving boxes (maximum of 20 or 30, depending on size) must be broken down and placed next to the trash receptacle at the curb.
-
If you miss the truck, your service will continue on your next scheduled day or you can choose to pay an $18 fee for the truck to return.
-
Bulk items (i.e. sofas, chairs, washers, dryers) will be accepted on your day of service, however this MUST BE scheduled with Waste Management PRIOR to pick-up day. A special pick-up fee will be assessed.
- The following items are NOT ACCEPTABLE: tires, batteries, paints, oils, construction debris, chemicals of any kind, freon, rocks, sand, gravel, dirt, logs, carpet, hazardous or medical waste.
